Gjenmi jewelry is made to order. Orders ship 10-15 business days from your order date. For any rushed/special orders, please email info@gjenmi.com

 

Shipping & Handling- all gjenmi orders are shipped via UPS GROUND W/SIGNATURE. please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. all of our pieces are handmade with love and require 10 business days for production and shipping. please let us know if your order is rushed and has an urgent arrival date. orders are shipped Monday through Friday. 

 

Returns/Exchanges- we want you to be happy with your order. if you are not satisfied with your order, we will review and accept your return within 7 days of your order's arrival with the approval from the gjenmi studio. returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received. used merchandised cannot be returned unless defective. any custom order is not returnable/refundable. this includes added charms, special requested lengths and stones/diamonds. gjenmi is not responsible for any lost packages. 

refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. once your return is processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. shipping charges cannot be refunded. please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. restocking fees may be deducted from your refund. RA# must be written on the outside of the returned shipments for a proper return/refund. please follow the RA guidelines sent from the gjenmi office. 

all sale items are considered a final sale and are not refundable. this includes any flash sale/instagram sale/coupon code sale/and sale section that consists of samples and eight by gjenmi items. 

 

Repairs- we will repair any jewelry design purchased through gjenmi.com. items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was originally purchased. please email info@gjenmi.com for any repairs you would like to request. 

Additional fees may be charged according to the type of repair. 

 

Errors & Inaccuracies- gjenmi's goal is to provide complete, accurate and up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that any website be completely free of human or technological errors. this website may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing and availability, and product information. gjenmi reserves the right to correct any such errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. 

 

Security- gjenmi will never sell email addresses or any personal information. gjenmi uses appropriate security measures to protect the information you provide us.

Jewelry Care-  each piece of gjenmi is hand crafted and requires delicate handling. when jewelry is worn, it will pick up dirt, grime, grease- the list is endless. to keep your jewelry looking like new, please take general care of your pieces. using a microfiber jewelry cloth, wipe down your gjenmi piece and store inside a jewelry bag before putting in a jewelry box. gjenmi jewelry always needs to be handled with the utmost of care and the wildest of hearts.
