gjenmi jewelry is made to order, depending on availability. Orders ship up to 10-15 business days from your order date. For rushed/special orders, email info@gjenmi.com.
Orders
gjenmi offers free shipping on orders $75+ shipped within the continental US. Standard UPS rates apply for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. All of our pieces are handmade with love and require up to 10-15 business days for production and shipping.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via UPS Ground with Signature Required or USPS with Signature Required. Please let us know if you would like your order rushed and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Kindly note, orders ship when the entire order is ready. To qualify for same or next business day shipping - please make sure all items in your cart are Ready To Ship.
gjenmi is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once in transit or marked as "delivered" by the courier. Please contact the courier for resolution. If Route Package Protection was purchased, you may file a claim here.
We highly recommend selecting a delivery address that is secure (signature is required for all orders). Shipping insurance is available through Route Package Protection.
Returns & Exchanges
Return/exchange requests for eligible items can be made within 7 days of delivery. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with packaging. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping and Route Package Protection charges are non-refundable. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your merchandise total. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
To request a return, use the form below to email us and we will review and reply with further instructions. All returns must have prior approval from gjenmi to be processed.

- One of a Kind & Custom - including special requested sizes/stones/diamonds, added charms, repairs/resizing services
- Non-jewelry items - lingerie, clothing, cards and stationary, smoking products, intimacy products, etc.
- Gift Cards
- Sale/Discounted items - any discounted items including items purchased during flash sales/instagram sales, with a coupon code or promotional gift card; any item from the sale section including samples and eight by gjenmi items
