Gjenmi Jewelry is handmade in Los Angeles and constructed from solid 14k gold (never plated nor filled) and conflict-free natural stones and gems.
Due to the custom craftsmanship of our designs, there may be slight variations in the appearance of stones and gems.

Start by placing your order with a $175 non-refundable deposit. This secures your spot and begins the design process. - Design Preview
We’ll send you a digital preview of your charm for approval. You’ll confirm:
- Spelling
- Font choice
- Jump ring placement
- Customization requests - Custom Gold Fee
Once the design is confirmed, we’ll send a quote for the remaining balance based on the current price of gold. - Production & Shipping
Once payment is finalized, we’ll craft your nameplate in solid 14k gold. Please allow 10-15 business days for production and shipping.

CUSTOMIZATION
Customize your Signature Nameplate beyond the engraving:
- Add a Chain: turn your charm into a necklace or bracelet by adding one of our 14k gold chains. We can attach the charm into the chain itself so it stays fixed in place, or you can choose a traditional attachment that allows the charm to move freely.
- Add Stones: add diamond or birthstone charms along the chain for extra sparkle.
- Create a Charm Stack: pair your nameplate with our charm holders and charms.
TIPS
- For nameplates with 3+ characters, we recommend choosing at least 1mm thickness for better strength and long-term durability.
- If you choose 0.8mm thickness for nameplates with 3+ characters, we advise handling your piece with extra care to avoid bending or breakage.
- For designs with delicate letter connections—such as letter pairs with minimal contact points or lots of negative space (for example, “gj”)—we strongly recommend a minimum thickness of 1mm. These points are more fragile and should be handled with extra care.
