- Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an invoice. Please be sure to review and confirm your order and shipping address are correct before processing payment.

Basic repairs are complimentary for retailers who have placed an order within the last 6 months. Standard repair charges apply for retailers who have not purchased within the last 6 months. To request a repair, use the form below.
Shipping to and from Gjenmi Studio is not included — all pieces will be returned via UPS/USPS with Signature Required for a flat rate of $14.95.
