SHIPPING & HANDLING
gjenmi offers free shipping on orders shipped within the continental US. Standard UPS rates apply for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. All of our pieces are handmade with love and require up to 10-15 business days for production and shipping (excluding Ready To Ship collection).
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday via UPS Ground with Signature Required or USPS with Signature Required. Please let us know if you would like your order rushed and we will do our best to accommodate your request. gjenmi is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Return/exchange requests for eligible items can be made within 7 days of delivery. All merchandise must be returned in its original condition with packaging. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Return/exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from your merchandise total. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
